The object of the above entitled action is that Deborah Ann Taylor of Clay County, West Virginia, shall petition the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia, located in Clay County Courthouse, 246 Main Street, Clay, West Virginia, on the 6th day of February, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. for an Order changing her legal name to Deborah Ann White. All those having objections may appear and be heard at the above stated time and place. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk of his office.
