TO: ASHLEY ROTENBERRY, THE BIOLOGICAL, MOTHER OF A FEMALE CHILD BORN ON SEPTEMBER 02, 2009 (JUVENILE CASE NO.: 18-JA-109-WS)
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Section 601 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your child is neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 21st day of June, 2018 at 1:30 PM, before the Honorable William J. Sadler, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse, located in Princeton, West Virginia.
