Pursuant to the Order for Sale of Real Property for Delinquent Taxes entered by the Tazewell County Circuit Court on June 28, 2019, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, on July 12, 2019 at 9:00 AM, on the steps of the Tazewell County Courthouse, located at 135 Court Street – Suite 202, Tazewell, Virginia 24651, the following described property for payment of delinquent taxes:

That certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Tazewell County, Virginia, titled in the name of Rodney Allen Marshall, and being 1.91 acres located on McCoy Branch, near Cedar Bluff, as described in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 848, Page 831, being Tax Map Number 107-A -0014A.

Should there be inclement weather on July 12, 2019 at 9:00 AM, said sale shall occur in the conference room of the Tazewell County Treasurer’s Office, being on Floor 2A of the Tazewell County Courthouse, located at 135 Court Street – Suite 202, Tazewell, Virginia 24651.

TERMS OF SALE: CASH – ten percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) bidder’s deposit will be required with balance due thirty (30) days from the date of sale.

TERMS OF SALE: MINIMUM BID REQUIRED – a minimum starting bid of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) will be required for purchase.

The property shall be conveyed by Special Warranty of Title free and clear of all liens except 2019 real estate taxes, which shall be prorated. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Tazewell County Circuit Court.
