You will take notice that Ralph Holland, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No. 278946, located in BLUEFIELD CORP District, PT 10 & 11 – PCTN AVE ASSESSOR SPLIT APTS which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of BAILEY WILBERT E & ELLEN JEAN, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of MERCER County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 10/09/2019. Ralph Holland requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 01/16/2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 01/16/2020 will be as follows:
