Manning, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No. 278968, located in BLUEFIELD CORP District, LOT 10 SEC 317 4TH which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of DAYTONA AVIATION INC, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of MERCER County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 10/09/2019. Gerald R. Manning requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 01/09/2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
