You will take notice that Freddie Meredith, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 419508, located in TOWN District, SUR PT LOT 5 SEC 7 LILLY LAND CO TR FMS ADD which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of TERRY MCMILLION, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on October 9, 2019. Freddie Meredith requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after February 27, 2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before February 27, 2020 will be as follows:
