You will take notice that Freddie Meredith, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 419666, located in SHADY SPRING District, SUR LOT 88 LILLY PLANE which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of HORACE AND CHRISTINE MCKINNEY ETAL, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on October 9, 2019. Freddie Meredith requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after February 24, 2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
