You will take notice that RELLA B CVETICAN, the purchaser of the tax liens on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2013-S-00000025, UNIT/LOT 23 BLACK BEAR WOODS, located in DRY FORK, which was returned delinquent in the name of LINSTEDT ADAM & LEE CHRISTINA and for which the tax liens thereon were sold by the sheriff of Tucker County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on 13th day of November 2013, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 1, 2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
