Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of September, 2015, at 8:30 o’clock, a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Louise Skonier, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Taylor Skonier Stump to Taylor Martin Stump. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
