Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of May, 2015 at 11:30 o’clock a.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Jennifer Front Shafer will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing her name from Jennifer Front Shafer to Jennifer Jane Front, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
