(The object of this action is to notify the adult respondent parents of a Disposition/Termination of Parental Rights Hearing scheduled herein so that said adult respondent father may appear to protect his interests.)

To: Jennifer White, Mother of T.N. and W.P. and Zachariah
Pringle, Father of W.P. and Matthew Butcher, Father of T.N.;
You are hereby notified that an abuse and neglect and/or abandonment petition has been filed with the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia, on the 6th day of November 2018, and assigned Case Number 18-JA-57, 58, wherein it is alleged that the father of Infant T.N. is Matthew Butcher and the father of Infant W.P. is Zachariah Pringle and the Mother of Infants T.N. and W.P. is Jennifer White. An Adjudicatory Hearing will be held in this matter on the 30th day of January 2019 at 1:00 p.m., in the courtroom of the Clay County Courthouse at 246 Main Street, Clay, West Virginia 25043. You and each of you are hereby notified that you have the right to have counsel present at all stages of these proceedings and ALL SUCH PROCEEDINGS CAN RESULT IN THE PERMANENT TERMINATION OF CUSTODIAL AND PARENTAL RIGHTS TO SAID INFANT CHILD.
Accordingly, you and each of you who may have an interest in these proceedings must attend and may make such defense as you shall deem advisable on or before the date and time aforesaid, or termination of you custodial and parental rights may be ordered by the Court.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Clay County, West Virginia, at the Clay County Courthouse, Clay, West Virginia.
