Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of May, 2023, at 3:00 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Abigail Marie Fowler will apply by Petition to the CircuiCourt of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court changing Petitioner’s name from Abigail Marie Fowler to Jamie Merrick Fowler, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
