Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of October, 2022, at the hour of 9:45 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the undersigned Petitioner will apply to the Circuit Court of Tucker County, County Courthouse, Parsons, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said court to change the name of the minor child from Renley Amelia Mae Herron to the name of Renley Amelia Mae Propst.
Any party that can show good cause why the name should not be changed may appear at said time and place.
