Whereas a Civil Action has been instituted by Tuscan Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., Plaintiff against Laura J. Perlow, Defendant in the Circuit Court of Tucker County, WV, seeking a Judgement for past due assessments and costs owed by Laura J. Perlow and it appearing by Affidavit that Laura J. Perlow is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia. Tuscan Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. is seeking Judgment against Laura J. Perlow for past due assessments and costing in this matter upon obtaining such Judgment an Order of the Circuit Court of Tucker Co. is being sought to expose at Public Auction, Lot 137, Phase 1, Tuscan Ridge, Davis Corporation, Tucker County, WV, owned by Laura J. Perlow.
Laura J. Perlow shall within 30 days file an answer to the Complaint filed in this matter or Judgment by Default will be taken seeking relief as contained in the Complaint. Such response is due on or before August 15, 2021, to the Office of Pat. A. Nichols, Box 201, Parsons, WV 26287. A copy of such Complaint is available in the Office of the Tucker County Circuit Clerk, Tucker County Court House, Parsons, WV.
