This is an action seeking the adoption of Ashdon Miley Jade Salisbury, by Petitioners, Donna Salisbury and Jerry Salisbury. You are notified of the pendency of the petition for adoption (a copy of which can be obtained from the Clay County Circuit Clerk’s office). You are notified you have a right to respond to the petition in writing within thirty
(30) days and to appear at the final hearing. The final hearing in the action will take place before the Honorable Jack Alsop of the Clay County Circuit Court to begin at 9:40 a.m. on September 21, 2020. In the event you fail to appear to defend your interests, the court will take action on the petition in your absence and it may result in a permanent termination of your parental rights. You are notified the hearing will also address the propriety of an adoption subsidy for the subject child.
