This is an action seeking the adoption of Ashdon Miley Jade Salisbury, by Petitioners, Donna Salisbury and Jerry Salisbury. You are notified of the pendency of the petition for adoption (a copy of which can be obtained from the Clay County Circuit Clerk’s office) and the final hearing in the action, to take place before the Honorable Jack Alsop of the Clay County Circuit Court to begin at 9:50 a.m. on July 20, 2020. In the event you fail to appear to defend your interests, the court will take action on the petition in your absence and it may effect a permanent termination of your parental rights.
