The object of the above entitled action is to obtain entry of judgment against the Defendant, Nicholas Blevins, for injuries sustained by the Plaintiff in a motor vehicle accident on July 10, 2018. The Plaintiff has provided an Affidavit showing that service of process has been attempted on the Defendant at the above listed addresses, without effect.
And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant, without effect and the address of the Defendant named above is unknown, it is ordered that Defendant Nicholas Blevins does serve upon Jonathan L. Stone, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff Brian Ford, whose address is The Moody Law Firm, Inc., 500 Crawford Street, Suite 200, Portsmouth, Virginia 23 704, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days after first publication hereof, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Mountain Messenger, a newspaper of general circulation in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
