The object of the above styled action is to quiet title to Lot 117, Town of Davis, Tucker County, and appoint a Special Commissioner to convey Lot 117 located in the Town of Davis, Tucker County, West Virginia to Charles R. McCauley.
It appearing by Affidavit that the heirs of James William Doyle are unknown at this time and that any heirs of James William Doyle are to serve upon Pat A. Nichols, Box 201, Parsons, WV 26287 an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this matter on or before the 22nd day of October 2020, otherwise failure to do so may result in a Judgment being taken for the relief requested in the Petition. A copy of the Petition can be obtained in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Tucker County, WV upon inquiry.
