ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The purpose of this civil action is to clear title in and to a tract of real estate owned by the Plaintiff Lot 106, containing 0.65 acre, more or less, and Lot 107, containing 0.55 acre, more or less, of Tuscan Ridge Subdivision, Phase 1, Town of Davis, Tucker County, West Virginia, and further described on the 2020 Tucker County Land Records on Tax Map 6, Parcel 26 and Parcel 27. The Complaint shall be brought on for hearing upon the relief sought herein on May 19, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the case may be heard at the Courtroom in the Tucker County Courthouse, Parsons, West Virginia.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the said Melbourne Properties, Inc., has a non-resident corporate address; and that it can obtain a copy of the Complaint from GEARY AND GEARY, L.C., at their address of P.O. Box 218, 104 N. Main Street, Petersburg, West Virginia 26847, it is therefore,
Ordered that they appear and serve upon GEARY AND GEARY, L.C., whose address is 104 N. Main Street, Petersburg, West Virginia, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before April 4, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them anytime thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Parsons, Tucker County, West Virginia.
