Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of May, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner Marketta Miller, will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said court, changing name of Marketta Miller to Marketta O’Dell at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
