It is hereby ordered that BLAKE DAVIS serve upon FALESHA BISHOP SAPP, whose address is PO BOX 372, CLENDENIN, WV 25045, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for NAME CHANGE FOR W.D.B. filed in this action on or before January 3RD, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. If you fail to answer the Petition for NAME CHANGE FOR W.D.B., a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
