PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a status hearing on the Complaint duly filed in the Circuit court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, seeking judgment against the Defendant, DENNY BARKER, and FOURTH TEE LIVING, INC., shall be held before the Honorable Jennifer P. Dent, Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, at the Greenbrier County Judicial Center situate 912 Court Street North, Lewisburg, West Virginia, on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that judgment may be made in this proceeding, and that should any party appear to protect their interests within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these proceedings.
