Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of June 2023, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner Dawn LaBrette McCarty-Ferrell, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said court changing her name from LaBrette McCarty-Ferrell to Dawn LaBrette Ferrell. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
