Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of February, 2023, at 9:50 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioners Curtis Mullins and Alice Bowe Mullins will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said court, changing name of E.J.L. to E.J.M. at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
