Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of October, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner Emma Hartshron will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said court, changing name of Emma Marie Hartshorn to Emma Marie Arnold at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
