Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of April, 2017, at 3:30 PM., on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Michael Kory  Adashek will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court the name of his/her name from Michael Kory Adashek to Michael Larkin Adashek, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
