ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this Complaint is to clear and quiet title in the name of the Plaintiff in and to all that certain tract or parcel of real estate situate in Romney District, Hampshire County, West Virginia, containing 2.000 acres, 10 rods, more or less, (designated on the 2015 Hampshire County Land Books for Romney District as Tax Map 19, Parcel 57, assessed in the name of Brass Realty, LLC). Plaintiff asserts ownership and title to the said realty by color of title and adverse possession. Said tract of realty containg 2.000 acres, 10 rods, more or less, is more particularly bounded and described as shown in that certain Description of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Hampshire County, West Virginia in Deed Book No. 411, at page 180, a copy of which is filed with the Clerk of this Court and is available for review to all Defendants and/or parties interest in this action.

TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:

It appearing by affidavit that says upon information and belief that the whereabouts of Ashlee Denmark, Vicente Gutierrez, Jr., Leticia Gutierrez, Bianca Gutierrez, and Steven Denmark are unknown, that the last known residence addresses for all of the Defendants named herein (except for Steven Denmark, whose last known address was HC 64, Box 3340, Romney, West Virginia 26757) were 1652 S. Braddock St., Apt. 1, Winchester, Virginia 22601, that their unknown and/or unascertainable descendants, heirs, successors and assigns, may be non-residents of the State of West Virginia, and in any event as they have not been properly identified, they are made parties to this suit;  and should any of the above set forth Defendants, their unknown or unascertainable descendants, successors and/or assigns, have since moved outside the State of West Virginia, then this address is believed to have been their last know addresses;

All persons named are to serve upon Plaintiff’s Attorney, W. Joseph Milleson, Jr., whose address is 56 East Main Street, Romney, West Virginia, 26757, an Answer or Reply, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before February 1, 2016, at 10:30 a.m., at which time this matter will be heard at the Hampshire County Judicial Center in Romney, West Virginia. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or such other relief as to the Court may deem just and proper.
