The purpose of this publication is to advise the father of J.S.A. that an adjudicatory hearing shall take place with regard to his child, J.S.A., DOB 04/18/2020, who is in the temporary physical and legal custody of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.
It appearing that Respondent Unknown Father of J.S.A. may be residing in the Greenbrier County, West Virginia area, this NOTICE is published to inform Respondent Unknown Father of J.S.A. that he is ORDERED to appear in the Office of the Honorable Jennifer P. Dent, Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, 912 Court Street North, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901, on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. and object, or make other defense, to the proceedings.
