Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of February, 2021, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the undersigned will apply to the Circuit Court of Tucker County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said council to change the name of the undersigned petitioner Michele Renee Crosten to the name of Michele Renee Bolyard. Any party that can show good cause why the name should not be changed may appear at that time and object to the change of name.
