Gerard, will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Owen Daniel Rosier to Owen Daniel Gerard; at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
