The object of the above styled action is to order the release of funds being held in an Escrow Account in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars and 00/100 cents ($25,000.00) to the Plaintiff.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Herz, Herz & Reichle Inc./Frederick S. Herz POA, (unknown address) is not a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is ordered that Frederick S. Herz serve upon J. Brent Eason, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 67, Davis, WV 26260, an answer or other defense to the suit in this action on or before the 30th day of March, 2021, otherwise a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition. A copy of said civil action can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
