CITY OF CHARLESTON, WEST VIRGINIA NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST PROJECT NO. 2026-102 ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FACILITIES CONDITION ASSESSMENT: GOMART BALLPARK The City of Charleston, West Virginia is soliciting Expressions of Interest ("EOI") from qualified firms to provide Architectural and Engineering ("A/E") services for a comprehensive Facilities Condition Assessment of GoMart Ballpark, located at 601 Morris Street, Charleston, WV 25301. The scope of services includes a multidisciplinary assessment of all major stadium systems, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and site components, along with a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment and Capital Asset Management Plan as defined in the EOI documents.
