The City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following request on October 7th, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
Brad Kisner has applied for a Variance at 702 Pittsburgh Ave to place an accessory structure, a pool, in the front yard of the property. Zoning Code Article 2.3.3.A only permits accessory structures within side and rear yards.
