PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE that the City of Oak Hill's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall to consider the following request for a Land Classification Change:
LC-66-26-1: Request of Cassandra Ortiz / ISO Commercial Properties LLC, owner, for a change in Land Classification from R-2 Medium Density Residential District to B-2 General Business District for the properties identified as 1001 Elizabeth Street, Oak Hill, WV 25901 (Parcel 09-7-81) and 2 1/2 Elizabeth Street, Oak Hill, WV 25901 (Parcel 09-7-81.1).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the City of Oak Hill's Planning and Zoning Commission, during the same meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall, will consider proposed amendments to and adoptions of multiple sections of the Oak Hill Municipal Code pertaining to zoning appeals and variances, off-premise signs, and subdivision regulations.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the City of Oak Hill's Planning and Zoning Commission may finalize recommendations to the Oak Hill City Council regarding the aforementioned agenda items during the same meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Oak Hill City Council will consider and act upon the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall.
