CITY OF RONCEVERTE –
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The Ronceverte City Council will conduct public hearing and consider a second reading on Monday, January 6, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at Ronceverte City Hall, 182 Main Street W, Ronceverte, West Virginia, regarding an ordinance annexing a 6.332 acre tract of property owned by James Johnson and a portion of West Virginia County Route 37/1 (Rocky Hill Road) to the intersection of West Virginia County Route 37 (Davis Stuart Road) and a portion of West Virginia County Route (Davis Stuart Road) to and including Dawkins Drive (Lane) for emergency access to the Municipality of Ronceverte without election as provided in West Virginia Code Chapter 8, Article 6, Section 4.
Interested parties may comment at such time and written comments are also welcome in advance directed to the City of Ronceverte, City Administrator, P.O. Box 417, Ronceverte, WV 24970. The proposed ordinance may be viewed in advance of the Public Hearing at the Ronceverte City Hall. The Council may consider adoption of the proposed ordinance following the hearing and reading.
