CITY OF SOUTH CHARLESTON CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of South Charleston will hold a public hearing in Council Chambers, City Hall, 401 D Street, South Charleston, WV 25303 on Thursday May 21, 2026 at 7:30 pm to receive public input of the updated comprehensive plan proposed by the South Charleston Municipal Planning Commission for the City of South Charleston.
