The purpose of the above entitled action is to obtain declaratory judgment to confirm that the Plaintiff owns the Real Property that is the subject to the instant action.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant, Robert N. Jones named herein, without effect, and that Plaintiff has attempted to effectuate service of process of said Complaint upon the Defendant, Robert N. Jones via the Clerk of the Court through certified mail, without effect, it is
ORDERED that Defendant, Robert N. Jones named herein and/or the Estate of Robert N. Jones and any known or unknown heirs of Robert N. Jones appear and serve upon Thomas W. White, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 237 N. Court Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 18, 2015, otherwise a judgment by will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Parsons in said County and State.
