It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that EMILIO GRANDADOS is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that EMILIO GRANDADOS serve upon TAMMY MICHELLE GRANDADOS, plaintiff, whose address is 3431 WALLBACK ROAD, VALLEY FORK, West Virginia, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
