Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of August, 2015, at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner Todd and Rebecca Jones will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Clay County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said court Guardianship of G.A.B. and J.R.B. at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
