It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that TYLER LAFEVER is a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that TYLER LAFEVER serve upon MCKENZIE MORRIS, plaintiff, whose address is PO BOX 12, WIDEN, West Virginia, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before November 9, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk in his office.
