The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
TO THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENT:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that PATRICK DAVID CONLEY is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that PATRICK DAVID CONLEY serve upon RANDI NICHOLE CONLEY, plaintiff, whose address is 3814 YOUNGS MONUMENT RD., DILLE, West Virginia, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 23, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
