FOOR, plaintiff, whose address is 2956 OVAPA RD., OVAPA, West Virginia, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition for Modification filed in this action on or before June 3, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
