It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that LATURA JARRETT may or may not be a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that LATURA JARRETT serve upon MICHAEL & SHELIA JARRETT, plaintiff, whose address is 2240 FOLA RD., BICKMORE West Virginia, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 1, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at time of hearing. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
