The object of this suit is to obtain a GENETIC TESTING
TO THE ABOVE NAMED RESPONDENT:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JAMES KENDRICK is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that JAMES KENDRICK serve upon NANCY HALL, plaintiff, whose address is 26 DILLY RUN RD., DILLE, West Virginia, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before February 26, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
