NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION FOR FORFEITURE

The object of this suit is to seek an order forfeiting the herein described property pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act, Chapter 60A, Article 7, Section 701 through 707, et. seq., as amended.

To: Any claimant of a right or interest in said property

You have the right to file a claim to the herein described property on or before the 25th day of March, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of a claimant and on address where legal process can be served upon said claimant.

The property seized and subject of this suit it described as follows THREE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND 00/100 DOLLARS (3,250.00) IN US CURRENCY, ONE 2013 CHEVROLET CAMERO 22, VIN # 2G1FK1EJ0D9111227.
The law enforcement agency responsible for the seizure is the Bluefield West Virginia Police Department.
The seizure was made on January 2, 2019 during a search of the residence located at 2013 1/2 Wythe Avenue, Bluefield, WV 24701.

That the above listed respondent property was in the possession of Terrance Williams.

That after the date for filing of said claims, an order of the Court directing forfeiture of the seized property to the State and vesting ownership of said property shall be sought.

If you fail to file a claim, thereafter an order, upon proper herein, may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.

A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
