LEGAL NOTICE IN THE FAMILY COURT OF TAYLOR COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE THE GUARDIANSHIP OF: CAEL TOWNSEND WORCH, A MINOR CHILD. Civil Action No: 20-FIG-1 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on the 19th day of November, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will take place before the Honorable Karen Hill Johnson, Judge of the Family Court of Taylor County, West Virginia, regarding the guardianship of Cael Townsend Worch, a minor child, and at such time the Petitioners shall further request an Order be entered by said Court granting the prayer for guardianship of the said infant child. Said hearing shall occur at the Barbour County Family Court, 3 North High Street, Philippi, WV 26416. If the biological father of said infant child has any objection to said guardianship, he shall therefore appear at the time, place and date aforesaid and make his/her objection known. A copy of the Petition for Guardianship may be obtained from the Taylor County Circuit Clerk. The hearing may be continued or rescheduled without further notice or publication.
