And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that 20-M24C-00338 does request defendant to relinquish all ownership claims including AKC co-ownership or $8000 plus attorney and filing fees and interest.
It is ordered that Helen Riggle do serve upon Melissa Linger, magistrate, whose address is 200 Jackson Street, City County Complex Bldg., Fairmont, WV 26554, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 28, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Helen Riggle at any tie thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
