Honorable Thomas H. Ewing, Judge of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, on the 18th day of June, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia, for the purpose of obtaining authority to be qualified bondsman before the Circuit Court of Fayette County. Any person who can show good cause why such authority should not be granted to the applicant should be present at the
time and place.
