Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of JULY, 2019, a Petition for permission and authority to adopt a minor child named ARIA MARIE MULLIS, was filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, Princeton, West Virginia. On the 19th day of November, 2019, at 1:30 P.M., at the Courthouse of said County before the Honorable Derek Swope, Circuit Court Judge, a hearing will be held opon said Petition, at which time and place you may appear.
