THE OBJECT OF THE ABOVE TITLED HERETOFORE FILED ACTION IS TO REQUEST THE COURT TO REVIEW THIS PETITION WITH RESPECT TO WEST VIRGINIA CODE 35-1-12 “DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY OF EXTINCT OR DISSOLVED RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION” AND TO MAKE SUCH DISPOSITION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS THE COURT DEEMS FIT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND FOR SUCH OTHER AND FURTHER RELIEF AS THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CASE MAY WARRANT.

Tissue, petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 303 Jones Avenue, Oak Hill, West Virginia, 25901, an Answer, or other defense filed in this action on or before 20 days from the date of the last publication of this Order, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
